Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before booking. By using this website and completing a booking, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time. If you do not agree with any change, please stop using this website.

Note: These terms cover online bookings. Additional terms apply when you complete your Jet Ski hire or tour contract.

Supervised Jet Ski Hire

  • All jet skis are commercially registered; you must follow the laws and safety rules explained during the briefing.

  • Key safety rule: maintain a 200-meter distance from all objects, including other jet skis. Violations are not tolerated.

  • Group bookings: maintain safe distances from each other at all times.

Full Island Jet Ski Tour

  • Occasionally, weather or other conditions may prevent completing the full tour. In these cases, we will switch to a shorter trip and refund the price difference.

  • If you do not agree with this term, please contact us before booking.

Eligibility & Safety Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Participants must understand English and communicate effectively with their guide.

  • Swimming Ability: All participants must be confident, competent swimmers.

  • Weight Limits:

    • Single rider: max 120 kg

    • Twin share: max 160 kg combined (subject to approval)

  • Medical Conditions & Alcohol: You must confirm that you have no pre-existing conditions that could affect your hire (e.g., back or eye issues), are not pregnant, and will have a 0 BAC at the time of riding.

Age Requirements

  • Minimum passenger age with an adult (18+): 6 years old (we recommend 8+ for full island tours).

  • Riders aged 16–17: may ride alone but cannot carry an underage passenger.

  • Hires: A guardian or parent must be present at the office for the briefing.

  • Tours: A guardian or parent must be on tour with the rider, and both must present valid photo ID and Visa/Mastercard.

Refunds

  • No refunds apply to cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, late arrivals, or missed sessions. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

  • Any approved refunds will be processed minus any booking fees incurred.

Booking Details

  • Providing false or misleading information (e.g., age, weight) may result in no refund.

Pricing & Fees

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • We reserve the right to charge a booking fee for online services.
