Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders.
By using this website you accept the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these at any time and if you do not agree to any change you must immediately stop using the website.
Our skis are commercially registered and there are laws you need to follow while hiring. By booking online you acknowledge you will follow rules explained to you during the brief. A major law that affects our hirers is the 200 metre distance you need to stay away from everything, this includes other jetskis so if you're part of a big group, book knowing you have to keep your distance from each other, at no stage can you get close. Safety is our biggest priority and we have no tolerance on this law.
No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you miss or arrive late to your booking time we will not refund you. We will attempt to book you into another session however can not guarantee availability. We ask you arrive 10 minutes prior to the session to avoid this.
Refunds are only accepted if we cancel a session due to bad weather, equipment issues or personal issues. Refunds are at our discretion.
A thorough understanding and use of English is required. Legally we need you to understand our briefing and what our contract contains. If we can not have a conversation with you in English, you will not be allowed to ride. By booking you are confirming you have a good level of English and if we can not converse with you easily, you will not be refunded.
You need to be able to swim. We remain in our office and only assist in the hire area if the need arises, if you were to fall in you need to be able to swim to climb back aboard your jetski. By booking you are confirming you are a competent swimmer and if you are not, you will not be refunded.
By booking online you confirm that you have no pre existing medical conditions that would affect your hire (bad back, bad eyes, etc), you also confirm that you are not pregnant and will not be intoxicated (must have a 0 alcohol reading) at the time of riding. Refunds will not be available when failing to confirm the above.
If you have supplied false or misleading information during booking (for example, incorrect age or misleading weight information) we will not refund you. * Please note - The minimum age to be a passenger on a jetski with an adult is 6 years old. Any passenger riding with an adult can still have a drive of the ski under the adults supervision. 16 and 17 year olds can ride alone (not together) with a guardians signature however they can not carry an underage passenger with them. We will do our best to accomodate you however we can not guarantee this, please phone us if you have queries prior to booking.
*Single riding - Please note the 160kg weight restriction is for doubles, with single riders we need to take into account your ability to pull yourself up onto a ski if you were to fall in, the increased possibility of roll overs and equipment damage, as well as the weather conditions for the day you want to hire. If you weigh more than 120kg please pop into the office to book in.
*Sharing a ski - Please note our skis have a weight restriction, this is to protect you and the equipment. The maximum combined weight we will allow is 160kg however it is also subject to our approval, on days where we have a swell in the hire area we may only allow single riders and may advise against taking small children. This is always decided with your best interests at heart, we will not send you out if we believe the experience will be unenjoyable.
GO PRO HIRE
We will supply instructions on the usage of our equipment, it is included in our contract that should a Go Pro be lost or broken on a hire there is a charge of $700.00. This is for loss of equipment and loss of revenue.

We reserve the right to charge a booking fee for online services.
